The inner side of CLEANTAINER products maintains their sterilization and hygienic properties because of the cleanliness of the manufacturing process and the high temperature operation at 200 Celsius.  Therefore, additional cleaning or sterilization is not needed before using the CLEANTAINER products (corresponding grade: CLEAN, CLEAN-B). 
The hygienic properties of CLEANTAINER can pass the food sanitary regulations in Japan (Regulation No.20).

CLEANTAINER has excellent chemical stability. It is widely used as the container of alkaline and acidic industrial chemicals, and also, chemical raw materials.
However, it can not be used as the container for hazardous materials or toxic chemicals.

CLEANTAINER requires much less storage area than any other type of container, because it is possible to store and transport it with the inner container in the outer supporting material as the state of folding itself. Also, CLEANTAINER is very light. For example, the 18 liter product including the inner and outer portions weighs only 880 grams It provides  convenience for storage,  transportation and improved work efficiency.  Also, the containers can be handled by semi-automatic or fully-automatic handling facilities.

The inner container weight of CLEANTAINER is only 180 gram (based upon 18 liter capacity). This provides a reduction in plastic disposal volume after using. Also, CLEANTAINER can be cleaned and reused for another packaging requirement. The outer supporting material can be recycled completely because it is made of paper.

It is possible to change the labeling and decorations on the outer supporting material to promote the products packaged in the CLEANTAINER. The excellent design of the outer package provides additional value for our customers.
